Chattisgarh citizens are eligible to apply for the ration card and it's related issues in the state including Raipur and Bhilai Nagar. A new person can be added or transfer the member from one Ration Card to other by submitting the application and related documents to the concerned department.

Documents Required

• Passport size photo of the member.
• Soft copy of the pass book of the holder or member of the family.
• Aadhar card  of the particular member whose name is to be added.
• Copy of the Ration card in which name of the member to be added or transfer from one ration card to the other.
• Copy of the Voter card of the member in case of adult.
• Copy of the Birth certificate of the member in case of minor.

How to check status of the ration card in Chhatigarh online ?

• Login to the Department Official Website http://khadya.cg.nic.in/
• Click on the Ration details of the beneficiaries on the home page.
• Select your District name in the drop list.
• Select your Block name in the list.
• Select your Fire Price Shop (FPS) in the list.
• Now search for your Ration card details through your Name or Ration card number.
• At last you will get the status of your Ration card.
