Rasan Card - Haryana


Government of Haryana providing the online facilities to apply/correction of the Rasan card and also to check the status of the application. Government has newly launched an official website named as Jan Sahayak. From this site you can rise your requests to different departments present in the Haryana Government.

Procedure to apply new Rasan Card Physically


Applicant have to fill the Form D-1 and have to submit at the District Food and Supplies Controller.

Documents like 2 group photos of the family, Proof of Identification/Address.

Once the form is filled and enclose the above mentioned documents, a computerized receipt will be given to the applicant for the reference of his/her application.

The concerned department officer will verify the particulars by visiting physically to the residence of the applicant.

Once the verification is cleared, DFSC/AFSO will issue the rasan card and will scanned a family photo on it.

Applicant can able to collect the Rasan Card within 15 days of time from the concerned department officer.


Steps to Apply Rasan Card Online


Go to the Jan Sahayak Official website 

Applicant have to register in it. Enter all the mandatory columns on the page.

Applicant have to upload a scanned copy of family photo and Proof of address/ identification document in JPG/GIF format and should not exceed 100-200 KB in size.

Once all the documents are uploaded successfully, applicant have to pay an amount of Rs 10 /- as a fee and next submit the form.

Ration Card will be delivered to your given address in 15 days of time.


Documents required


Identify Proof - Aadhar card, Driving Licence, Pan card, Passport is fine

Proof of Residence - Electricity bill, NOC from landlord with ID proof, rent agreement, sales deed, water bill and etc.,


Duplicate Ration Card


If the ration card is damage or lost, we can apply for a duplicate ration card by submitting the form d-1 to the concerned department head.

Documents like 2 copies of family photos of the applicant and 2 copies of chalan with Rs 5/- as penalty fee.

Once all the documents are verified, within 15 days of time the duplicate ration card will be delivered.


Changes in the Ration Card


Applicant should submit the Form D-1 application near to his/her FSO/e-Disha center.

Rs 10/- of fee will be laid to make the changes on the ration card.

Once submit an acknowledgement receipt will be given on which the ration card delivery date will be printed.

Ration card is the oldest official government document in India. The primary reason behind issuing ration card is to purchase food grains like wheat, rice and sugar and kerosene at subsidized rates. The State Government of Rajasthan is providing the facility of obtaining Ration cards through online.
